Day 3- Define Flat

We left Oklahoma City this morning at about 9am heading westbound for Santa Fe, New Mexico. Its been a day of weird stops in random places along route 66 but its good to see the America most don't know is there. Roads are endless here if you make a wrong turn and you start to wonder how a person can be so distant from any form of society. After some driving we ran into the "Bug Farm" which Howie for some odd reason knew about after researching random facts months before. From here we found a huge cross and then we finally hit our final destination in Texas, The Big Texan Steak Ranch which is home of the 72oz steak. We did not attempt this feat but it have the true Texan environment feel. Anyway were leaving the Amarillo Starbucks and hopefully will make it to Santa Fe soon!

Day 2-You're The Only Ten I See

We drove from D.C. to Nashville yesterday, it was about a 11 hour drive and pretty strenuous but it will be the first to many. We are currently in the beautiful Jackson,TN taking a break. Last night we camped out and Howie's air mattress died. Overall there is alot to say but not enough time to say it. I'll try to keep a log of stuff that happens to upload when we stop more often.

Off to Oklahoma City.

Day One.

Originally planning on leaving at 3am it is 6:29am and we will be departing soon in Howie's Honda Odyssey Minivan. The first leg of this trip will consist of driving to Nashville,Tennessee. We will soon have some high res pictures to show so "stay tuned"
